About Us

We are an independently owned registered domestic cleaning company located in Launceston, TAS. Fully insured. This service is run by our solo cleaner Olivia. Qualified cleaner Olivia has had over 4 and a half years experience in domestic cleaning and also experience in commercial cleaning.

Our goal as a business is to be a safe and welcoming service that is able to provide everyone with a quality clean at a low price.

Introducing our Owner/Cleaner Olivia

Before starting her own cleaning business, Olivia worked as a qualified disability support worker. She is 22 years old, married and has 3 cats and 3 birds. In her free time she likes to garden, go fishing and cook. She values family, friends and all those around her. Olivia is determined, courageous and always willing to help others.

For this role Olivia holds her Certificate in Domestic and Commercial cleaning, a Safe Chemical Handling Certificate, an Infection Control Certificate, a police check and a working with vulnerable people check. The business is registered with an abn and full insurance.

Our Services

We use high quality commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment for the best and most effective possible clean

1 HOUR CLEAN OPTION - 1-3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom

Full house vacuuming, hard floor mopping, dusting including wiping surfaces, skirting boards and door frames, full bathroom clean including toilet, basin, shower and bath. Kitchen cleaning including wiping benches and cupboard fronts

2 HOUR CLEAN OPTION - 3+ Bedroom 2+ Bathrooms

Full house vacuuming, hard floor mopping, dusting including wiping surfaces, skirting boards and door frames, full bathroom clean including toilet, basin, shower and bath. Kitchen cleaning including wiping benches and cupboard fronts

What we don't offer

Oven cleaning, Window cleaning, Curtain cleaning, Stain removal, Mould removal, Bond cleaning, Deep cleaning, Wall cleaning and Carpet cleaning

Add on services

Fridge Cleaning - This consists of emptying the fridge contents and cleaning the shelves, door shelves, interior and fridge front. This service does not include cleaning freezers. This is a 30 minute clean per fridge for $25.

Microwave Cleaning - This service includes a full interior clean with specialised microwave wipes (including glass plate) and exterior wipe over. This will be a 10-15 minute service that can be added onto your regular clean for only $7 per microwave.

Bed Changing - This includes stripping and remaking the bed with fresh linen. This service is $10 for however many beds needed, whether it is one bed or four.

Heat Pump Filter Cleaning - This is a free service we can include whilst completing your regular clean. This involves taking out the filters and giving them a vacuum and putting it back together. (Note we do not do heat pump servicing)

Care Cleans

We are now offering a service called Care Cleans. Once a month one person will be selected to receive a free clean. To be selected you must be nominated by a friend, family member, colleague etc. You will not be able to nominate yourself. Selections will be completely random each month. Please contact us via facebook message or email to nominate someone for a Care Clean.

Cost

Flat rate cost of $50 per hour. Full invoice supplied. Payment via eftpos on site or bank transfer. Travel cost of $15 will be applied for any services located over 15km from the Launceston CBD and $25 for over 30km

Fridge cleaning is $25 per fridge and is a 30 minute clean

Microwave cleaning is $7 per microwave and is a 10-15 minute clean

Bed Changing is $10 for however many beds required, not per bed

Highly recommend - Olivia is fantastic, making everything super easy from my initial enquiry to the 24 hour reminders before each clean! She is efficient, and it's so lovely coming home each fortnight to a home that is sparkling clean but that doesn't smell super highly of chemicals. Not only do we value the work she does each fortnight to take some mental load off us, but it feels like she genuinely values us as clients too - last week we came home to an Orpwood "activity booklet" designed for clients with families because Olivia now knows we have a young child. That thoughtfulness and attention to detail has won a client for life thanks Olivia!

Fortnightly Cleans

Olivia did a 2 hour clean of our house, the bathroom (and the rest of what she cleaned) looked amazing. Would highly recommend.

JUDGEMENT FREE - Along with being respectful and inclusive we pride ourselves on being judgement free. To us we see your house as your safe space. This is the space where you can be yourself and have your own things. We are simply there to provide a service, no judgement at all.

Terms and Conditions

During the clean all dogs must be restrained or outside for the entire duration of the clean. If client present during the clean they are asked not to smoke while worker is in the house. Any verbal or physical abuse towards worker will result in immediate termination of the service with full payment required.

Our cancellation policy is providing us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same day cancellations will result in being charged 25% of your service fee. With such late notice we are unable to fill that space. If the cleaner is sick or has to unexpectedly reschedule you will not be charged.

Late Payment Fee

A late payment fee of 10% will be added to your invoice if payment is not received within 48 hours. We understand that life gets busy so have a grace period for you to pay if you cannot pay onsite. Payments can be made via eftpos onsite, bank transfer or cash. If your invoice is not paid within 48 hours a new invoice including the late fee will be automatically sent to you . If this is not paid your services will be put on hold until full fees are paid.

We are a very flexible and understanding business. If you need to make changes to your service, need to adjust payment days or have any concerns regarding payment simply send us a message and we are happy to help.
